Whether you're a first-time or a seasoned homebuyer, you need a professional that understands the industry and is positioned to stay ahead of the game. For example, I will work hard to help you avoid overpaying for a home or mortgage.
In 2007, I participated in the "Welcome Home Memphis" Affordable Housing Education Program. Course topics included: affordable financing, down payment assistance, home maintenance and repair, and preventing foreclosure.
I received the “At Home with Diversity” Certification in 2007, which was designed to provide America's real estate professionals with training and tools to expand their businesses as well as homeownership opportunities for more Americans.
At the end of 2007, I was one of five Realtors from Memphis to be appointed to the 15-member Advisory Board of Tennessee Housing Development Agency (THDA). The advisory board meets three times per year to advise the THDA on program policies and concerns that affect homeownership.
In 2009, I received the Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR) certification. Knowing how to help sellers maneuver the complexities of short sales as well as help buyers pursue short sale and foreclosure opportunities is important to me.
